Warranty & returns
We will replace your frame at no cost if there is manufacturers defect within 6 months from the sales transaction date. A manufacturers defect will be determined by the manufacturer. If your damaged frame does not meet the criteria for a manufacturer defect, we will allow you to purchase a replacement frame at a 50% discount. To exercise a warranty replacement, the entire frame and lenses must be returned to Just Eyeglasses for determination of manufacturer defect. If a manufacturer defect is detected, your eyeglasses will be returned to you with a new frame. If a non-manufacturer defect is noted, you will be contacted and given the opportunity to purchase a frame at a 50% discount.
We will replace your lenses at no cost if there is a defect in the material that is considered defective under Usual and Customary wearing conditions for 6 months after the sales transaction date. If you feel that your lenses are defective, please return the frame and lenses with details about the defects to Just Eyeglasses. A determination about the defect being under Usual and Customary wearing conditions will be made by Just Eyeglasses. IF the lenses are found to be defective for a reason that is not deemed to be caused by Usual and Customary wearing conditions, you will be given the opportunity to purchase replacement lenses at a 50% discount.
JustEyeglasses.com allows for a 30 day no-hassle return. If you receive your eyeglasses from Just Eyeglasses and are not satisfied with them, you can return them within 30 days and receive a 100% refund. The 30 day refund date is determined as 30 days from the date the eyeglasses are shipped from Just Eyeglasses located at 6 1/2 East 1st Street, Parkville, MO 64152 to you. If you return eyeglasses after 30 days, a 50% refund will be allowed for up to 90 days. The 90 day refund date is determined as the 90 days from the date the eyeglasses are shipped from Just Eyeglasses to you.
